Preferred candidate will be based in or near Ames, IA. This position supports the Western Iowa region and is based out of the Store Support Center in Dubuque, IA, with regular travel throughout the territory.
Job Description
The Regional Merchandiser reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for driving merchandising execution across all stores within their assigned region. This role ensures consistent implementation of company merchandising standards, seasonal transitions, promotional directives, impulse merchandising, recovery standards, and planogram accuracy.
The Regional Merchandiser partners with the Purchasing team across all departments, Store Operations, Marketing Operations, and Store Planning to deliver clear,
efficient merchandising direction that supports a brand-right shopping experience. This position also plays a key role in new store openings and major resets within their region, ensuring merchandising plans, fixtures, and visual standards are executed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted.
- Minimum 2 years of Store Operations experience.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Travel required: 60–70% field time, including overnight stays for store sets and resets.
