The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Software/ Product Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of Nova, our flagship Digital Shelf Intelligence product. Nova brings together a rich ecosystem of Digital Commerce signals — spanning sales performance, digital shelf analytics, performance marketing,
and more — enabling commercial teams to identify high-impact actions, win in digital channels, and delight consumers.
Having successfully completed our first foundational year, Nova is entering an exciting growth phase. This role offers a rare opportunity to scale an internally incubated product from early development into a general cornerstone of PepsiCo’s Digital Commerce strategy.
You will shape the engineering team, define the technical architecture, and determine how and when to evolve from BI-led solutions into a fully end-to-end application. Partnering closely with Product Management, you will translate vision into reality while balancing innovation, scalability, and delivery.
