We are looking for a proactive and strategic Planner Office professional to drive early‑stage influence and specification of Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings portfolio in the Northern Region. This role is key to strengthening our market position by building strong relationships with planners, consultants, and engineering firms, ensuring Siemens solutions are specified at the earliest stages of building projects.

The Planner Office plays a critical role in bridging sales, technical teams, and the external planning ecosystem by shaping value propositions, supporting project development,



and enabling customer‑centric engagement aligned with our Go‑to‑Market strategy. By combining market insight, technical expertise, and structured engagement with key stakeholders, this position contributes directly to increasing hit rates, accelerating pipeline growth, and improving profitability.

This strategic function works closely with Sales, PreSales, Verticals, Marketing, and Bid & Proposal teams, ensuring a coordinated approach to key opportunities while positioning Siemens as a trusted partner for sustainable, smart, and digital buildings.
