Business Analyst – Travel Systems (m/f/d)

From hotel reservations and transfers to excursions and in-destination services – travellers around the world rely on the DERTOUR DMC network to deliver seamless travel experiences.
Our international network includes 21 Destination Management Companies (DMCs), around 2,000 employees, 71 offices in 31 destinations and approximately 4 million guests per year. Reliable systems and well-structured business processes are essential to keep this integral travel ecosystem running smoothly.
As DMC Business Analyst,
you translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions and help optimise our mission-critical travel systems across the international DMC network.
Location
This role can be based in any European, Mediterranean or North African destination where a DERTOUR DMC operates (for example Palma de Mallorca, Antalya, Iraklion, Tunis or Hurghada), with alignment to European working hours.

Project-Focused Business Analysis

- Identify, analyse and document business requirements for strategic initiatives across the global DMC network
- Translate operational needs into structured technical specifications for system configuration, integration and implementation
- Conduct GAP analyses and assess feasibility of new features within complex travel system environments
- Map and optimise end-to-end business processes across booking, transfer and excursion operations
