The Role As a Development Project Manager at Bob W,



you will lead the expansion of our aparthotel portfolio across Southern Europe and beyond.

In this role, you take full ownership of new property deliveries, managing the entire lifecycle from the moment a lease is signed until the doors open to guests.

You will work closely with landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to negotiate technical lease details, manage budgets, and safeguard project timelines.

This is a high-impact, collaborative role within our rapidly growing Real Estate function, allowing you to leverage your deep industry experience to drive strong ROI on every single build.
