The Mission & Core Scope
- The Mission: Oversee the physical installation, testing, and continuous operational maintenance of all warehouse infrastructure, automation systems, and mechanical equipment to guarantee maximum uptime from Day One
- The Scope: You will manage technical contractors,



supervise the deployment of racking, automated conveyor belts, and sorting systems, and implement the local preventative maintenance framework for the Madrid facilities

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets
To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:
- Infrastructure Commissioning: Ensure all automated systems, sorters, scanning equipment, and physical structures are installed, tested, and legally certified strictly on schedule for the site launch
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Successfully supervise and audit third-party engineering contractors, ensuring all installations strictly adhere to agreed technical blueprints, budget constraints, and EU/Spanish industrial standard s (Normas UNE / CE marking)
- Equipment Reliability Architecture: Design and deploy a robust preventative and c
