In this role you will lead the evolution of Internal Audit enablement at Allianz Services, driving methodologies, data analytics, and AI-enabled audit approaches. You will own the Audit Universe and serve as a center of competence for audit tools and analytics, partnering with global teams to raise effectiveness. You will roll out AI-enabled solutions, develop insights through dashboards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation. This position offers impact across a integral organization and a chance to shape how risk and governance are managed through advanced analytics.

• Maintain the Audit Universe to support risk assessment, planning, and annual planning

Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of Internal Audit Standards, Methodology, Risk Management, and Internal Control frameworks
• 3–5 years in internal audit, risk management, controls, or audit methodology
• Knowledge of data analytics concepts (extraction, analysis, visualization, data quality, reporting)
• Familiarity with AI technologies and practical audit applications
