clarifying and tracking delivery dates • Preparing transport documents and accompanying papers for special transport from Schaan/FL • Creating invoices and credit notes • Preparing and coordinating the shipment of trade fair and course materials • Updating delivery conditions • Clarifying shipping methods • Acting as a contact person for sales partners, end customers, regional sales managers, and subsidiaries in operational matters • Actively supporting the field service • Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning departments • Providing operational support to internal departments such as product management, key account management, customer care management, academy, R&D; • Pre- and post-processing of promotions, trade fairs, and events • Personally, supporting sales at trade fairs and events, if required • Implementing and adhering to the guidelines of the safety manual • Implementing and adhering to the guidelines of the personnel manual • Implementing and adhering to regulatory requirements • Acting as a role model in accordance with the corporate values of the Ivoclar G
