Responsibilities

Cash Management & Forecasting

Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts
Prepare short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal liquidity and funding

Banking Operations

Execute payments, manage bank interfaces, and ensure timely processing of transactions
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain banking documentation and support KYC processes
Post treasury‑related transactions, support foreign exchange operations (FX deals, hedging, revaluation), and assist in month‑end closing
Ensure compliance with controls and accounting standards, collaborate with finance teams to mitigate financial risks

Reporting & Automation

Generate treasury reports, support management and audit with process data and documentation
Support TMS and ERP integration, participate in system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives

Qualifications

Successfully completed education with a focus on treasury and/or have relevant professional experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of MS Excel,



SAP S/4HANA and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, or similar)
Analytical mindset, ability to recognize process/system deficiencies, propose and drive improvements
Understanding of the financial background of Treasury operations: knowledge of financial instruments, cash flow, FX, banking products, IFRS principles related to Treasury
Structured, autonomous working style and hands‑on mentality
Fluent in English (additional European language an asset) and able to work in a multinational, complex matrix organization
