Key Responsibilities Of The Role

Lead the management, implementation,



and continuous maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Mercury QMS by ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while driving process improvements, conducting internal audits, facilitating staff training, and ensuring documentation and compliance are consistently upheld across all operational areas.
Develop and maintain a strong network throughout the business Unit and its cross-functions, communicating widely and appropriately, to build a positive Quality culture.
Develop specific 'Contingency/Improvement/Action/Leadership Plans' to address new and emerging opportunities and risks
Responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for internal teams and supply chain partners to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Support staff during the onboarding process by providing guidance on quality procedures, tools
