As a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate a distributed automation platform at scale. You’ll own features end‑to‑end across backend, frontend, and workflow orchestration, while contributing to tests, CI/CD, and system reliability. You’ll work across modern tech stacks to validate and performance‑tune network services in a fast‑moving environment. This role centers on turning complex automation into reliable, scalable software that enables network process automation initiatives. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and implement distributed systems with durable workflow orchestration and concurrency patterns
• Develop async REST APIs, service layers, and background workers
• Build and maintain Go services, including gRPC servers and cross‑language integrations




• Model and query data in MongoDB with schemas, indexing, and aggregations
• Enhance automated test frameworks and convert test cases into automated modules
• Develop modern React/TypeScript frontends with real‑time data flows
• Deploy and operate services on Kubernetes with best practices and health checks
• Implement observability using tracing, metrics, and structured logging
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) across build, test, and deployment
• Build unit and integration tests and validate REST APIs and network automation scenarios
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity
• Work with AI tools in SDLC for code quality, validation, and testing

• Strong Python proficiency with async patterns (FastAPI or similar)
