- Execute standardized administrative and operational activities for industrial applications.
- Perform user and access administration, role assignments and permission updates.
- Handle license and asset administration, inventory updates and system housekeeping tasks.
- Maintain master data and configuration records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor operational dashboards, perform health checks and prepare routine reports.
- Process service requests, recurring tasks and documentation in line with SOPs, runbooks and work instructions.
- Escalate exceptions and non-standard issues to specialist teams when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable discipline.




- 0-2 years of experience in operational support, service administration, shared services or IT operations.
- Experience with ticketing systems and service management tools, and documented service request processes.
- Hands-on experience in user administration, access management, role assignments or permission updates.
- Comfortable working with SOPs, runbooks, detailed work instructions and knowledge bases.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with enterprise or industrial software applications.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow or similar service management platforms.
- Previous exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments.
