Unit / Team
The Information Technology Services (ITS) division is responsible for providing IT solutions across the Atradius Group. Within ITS, the ITS Finance unit is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and continuously enhancing the Group’s applications across the Finance and Risk domains for operational (Oracle EBS / Financials, Hyperion, Reinsurance, SAP Concur, …) and regulatory (IFRS 17, Solvency II, SAF-T, ….) purposes.
The team works closely with Finance, Risk, Infrastructure, Data, and other ITS teams to ensure that systems are reliable, scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to join the ITS Finance team.



The role is aimed at someone who combines strong business analysis capabilities with a solid understanding of finance systems, data, and technical delivery processes.
The Finance Systems Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The person works closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and other business areas to understand business needs, analyse existing systems and data, translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, and support developers and infrastructure colleagues in delivering effective solutions.
The ideal candidate has experience with finance systems, preferably within an insurance or financial services environment. They should be comfortable discussing business processes with non-technical stakeholders, while also being able to investigate system behaviour, analyse data flows, review application logic, and explain requirements clearly to developers, database
