Thales is seeking a Validation & In Engineer to join our team in Madrid.



This role involves working with border and identity verification technology and supporting validation and integration activities in customer environments. The position may require travel up to 15% of the time during peak periods.

Responsibilities

-
- Validate the products and components (applications, libraries, systems and solutions; either purely software or combining software and hardware) and their integration in customer environments.
- Participate in the definition of the validation and integration strategy.
- Participate in writing and executing the acceptance test plan.
- Cooperate with developers to reproduce, identify and isolate issues.
- Prepare training material for administration and operation of the solution and provide training material to trainers or end-users.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English (B2+) and Spanish.
- At least 3 years of experience in QA testing.
- Manual testing.
- Test management and bug reporting in JIRA.
