The role
We are seeking a commercially driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic integral accounts within the Logistics Solutions market. The ideal candidate will bring experience from reusable transport packaging, pooling, warehouse automation, intralogistics, material handling, system integration,



or a related solutions-based industry. They will have a proven track record of managing complex sales cycles, developing strategic customer partnerships, and delivering project-based solutions that drive long-term business value.

As a Key Account Manager at IPL Schoeller you will:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value key accounts across logistics solutions markets (e.g., food, beverage, personal care, industrial, pharma).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D;, production, quality, logistics) to deliver customized packaging solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
