We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution across a business unit that spans multiple countries. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery that meets customer needs and business goals. What You’ll Do
- Lead the product strategy and vision for a business unit that operates across different countries, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product priorities, establish product roadmaps, and ensure that the product is aligned with the company's overall strategy and customers needs.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business unit and communicate effectively with executive leadership, ensuring alignment on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the prioritization of problems to solve based on value analysis and alignment of stakeholders from different countries, fostering the teamwork and synergies between countries.
