About the role
We are looking for a Clinical Data Specialist who specializes in clinical dataset annotation. In this role,
you won't just be managing data; you will be teaching our AI how to "read" and "understand" clinical research. You will transform unstructured clinical notes, protocols, and medical records into high‑quality, structured training sets that power our Aika platform.
Key responsibilities

- Dataset Annotation: Lead the high‑fidelity labeling and annotation of diverse clinical datasets, including trial protocols, Case Report Forms (CRFs), and medical literature.
- AI Training Support: Work closely with the AI and Engineering teams to provide the "human‑in‑the‑loop" expertise required to refine machine learning models.
