About the role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at VIVLA,
you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through prospecting and working closely with the sales team. You will engage with potential clients from various regions and contribute to expanding VIVLA's international and national customer base.
What you’ll do
- Identify and reach out to potential leads using various tactics, including email, cold calling, and social media.
- Qualify and prioritize incoming and outbound leads, ensuring they meet the defined criteria for delivering sales-qualified opportunities to the Account Executives.
- Log all relevant prospect information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that data is accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with the Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and follow up on every opportunity.
- Contribute ideas and feedback on sales processes and how we can improve efficiency in converting leads.
