Imagine kick-starting your career in finance within a fast-growing aerospace and defense technology company. As a Junior Financial Accountant at Destinus, you will support the daily financial operations of our European entities, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, and smooth financial processes across the organization.

You’ll work closely with the Finance team as well as with internal and external stakeholders, helping maintain reliable financial data that supports transparency, compliance, and informed decision-making. This role is adecuado for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a dynamic and high-speed environment.

What You´ll Need

- University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internships in related areas (experience at accounting firms is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Spanish GAAP; familiarity with IFRS or US GAAP will be considered an advantage.
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with local ERPs (e.g., MS Dynamics) is a plus.
- Knowledge of finance-related tools (e.g., Monday, Coupa, or similar) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English (Minimum C1) and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment.
