Are you ready to shape your future with confidence? EY Integral Delivery Services (GDS) is looking for a motivated Senior SOC Team Coordinator to join our Cyber Defense Center in Malaga, Spain. This senior position is intended for a candidate who can take ownership of operational coordination, provide guidance within the SOC team, and support the effective delivery of cybersecurity services in a 24x7 operational environment for German-speaking and international clients.
Your Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities within a 24x7 Security Operations Center.
- Monitor security incident handling, ticket queues, and escalation activities.
- Support the coordination of major incidents and critical security events.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and clear operational communication.
- Support SOC analysts in day-to-day operational questions and prioritization.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with customers, service managers, technical teams, and international cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Support reporting, quality assurance, audit-related activities, and service review preparation.
