In this role you will own a meaningful area of The Knot’s wedding vendor marketplace, focusing on recommendations, matching, and personalization. You will define strategy, shape the roadmap, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through launch and iteration. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, data science, research, and product marketing to improve marketplace relevance and outcomes for couples and vendors. You will balance user experience with monetization while measuring impact and driving business growth. This is a chance to influence how millions of couples discover trusted professionals and how vendors connect with high-intent customers, at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of the wedding vendor marketplace (search, discovery, recommendations, matching, personalization, or vendor evaluation).




• Develop understanding of both sides of the marketplace to improve customer outcomes and marketplace health.
• Address challenges around relevance, liquidity, supply quality, coverage, matching efficiency, and monetization balance.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design to advance ranking, recommendation, matching, and personalization experiences.
• Define signals, data, and feedback loops to improve relevance and performance over time.
• Use experiments, behavioral data, customer research, and marketplace metrics to evaluate opportunities and measure impact.
• Establish clear success measures across the funnel linking discovery and matching to engagement, interactions, bookings, and GMV.
• Drive end-to-end execution from discovery through launch, maintaining product quality and learning pace.
• Coordinate with adjacent product teams to ensure cohesive experiences across the wedding-planning journey.
