Industrial Planner and Performance
We are looking for an Industrial Planner and Performance who will work in close relation with AIT management, Production Control, Manufacturing Engineering and Production to ensure an industrial process. You will belong to a dynamic team in a department responsible for Industrial Planning,



Performance & Control in Getafe space MAIT plant. You will work with a team across multiple disciplines to deliver on Quality, on Time and on Cost.

Responsibilities

- Managing master production planning for the designated production areas according to project milestones, commitments and performance targets.
- Ensuring robust communication between AIT managers and production areas.
- Contributing to the MRP process and carrying out the associated activities within the overall process.
- Reporting at TSMS plant level according to the MPS process, consolidating 3‑axis resource plans (manpower, machines, surfaces).
- Validating recovery plans for projects with relevant stakeholders.
- Process Analysis & Optimization: conducting in‑depth analysis of existing MAIT processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing improvements using lean methodologies.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: establishing and tracking KPI
