Overview of the Team
The Global People team at IPC is evolving to deliver a more scalable, consistent, and business-aligned employee experience across regions.
The function brings together People Operations, Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, Talent Development, Total Rewards, and People Analytics to support organizational growth and performance.
This role sits within the Global People team and works closely with People Partners, People Operations, and business leaders to design and execute key talent development initiatives across IPC.
Role Overview
As Talent Development Lead, you will bring IPC’s talent development agenda to life through strong program execution, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined project management.
You will support the rollout and ongoing delivery of leadership development initiatives, high-potential programs, compliance learning, and structured development pathways that strengthen employee growth and retention across the organization.
