As we continue to grow in the Netherlands, we are expanding our outbound sales team. We are looking for someone who enjoys reaching out to potential customers, speaking directly with decision-makers and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first important point of contact in the sales process. You won’t just make calls - you will create opportunities,
build our sales pipeline and make a direct contribution to our growth in the Dutch market.

Together, we identify industries and companies with a genuine need for our services. You research the right contacts, understand their potential challenges and start relevant conversations.
Your goal is simple: bring our sales team into conversations with the right Dutch businesses.
Anforderungen
Your responsibilities
- Contact decision-makers at Dutch SMEs by phone and introduce them to our telephone answering services
- Identify their initial challenges and assess whether there is a potential match
- Qualify prospective customers and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
- Keep your activities, conversations and results accurately updated in our CRM
- Work with the team to develop new target groups, opening lines and outbound
