We are now looking for an analytics Head of Performance Marketing (Barcelona-based) who will be responsible for mentoring and leading our performance Marketing team, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The successful candidate will have a business view and understanding of profitability metrics, will ensure that profits are grown before revenue growth reduces margins, and have strong experience within Google Ads & Meta.
Job description
- Day-to-day manage, mentor, and grow a performance marketing team for up to 4 people (two for Meta Ads; two for Google Ads). This role requires a person with strong people and analytics skills.
- Together with your team and co-founder, manage a yearly budget of ±3 million USD across Google Ads and Meta Ads within the target markets; (Online E-Commerce stores in the US, UK, and EU)
- Carefully adapt and execute the company's marketing strategy.
- Ability to work structured and confidence in project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Hands-on approach to job tasks: this role requires a candidate with a solid hands-on approach and a proven track record in hands-on experience within Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to ensure an accurate account of marketing costs.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Identify complex challenges and present and communicate solutions to the critical internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends with a view to opportunities to translate and execute them into the business.
