You will act as a key collaborator between Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to manage the lifecycle of supplier contracts and payments.



This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team where your attention to detail directly supports the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions.The key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to* Drive Financial Accuracy: Create and track purchase orders (POs), invoices, and accruals using our financial systems to ensure all supplier payments are precise and timely.* Optimize Data Integrity: Maintain and update contract information within our tracking tools to ensure completeness and accuracy at all times.* Master Contract Lifecycle Management: Take end-to-end responsibility for the contract signature process, from initial request through to service termination and final reconciliation. Track, maintain, and update assigned contract information within the CDMA tracking tools to ensure completeness and accuracy, as applicable.* Champion Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit reports regarding transfers of value to healt
