Freelance/on‑call position, active during the principals' stays at the property. The frequency and duration of engagements may vary throughout the year. Candidates must be available to commit to confirmed dates and deliver the same level of excellence on every occasion, regardless of duration. The role may evolve into a permanent position for the right candidate. Occasional travel may also be required as part of the engagement.




Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day‑to‑day running of the household to the highest standard — overseeing schedules, coordinating household staff, and ensuring every detail is in perfect order.
- Deliver a discreet, anticipatory, and highly personalised service to the principal and their guests — table service, wardrobe management, formal entertaining, and all personal needs.
- Coordinate and manage private events, dinners, and special occasions — liaising with external vendors, service providers, and the culinary team to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage household inventory, silver, fine tableware, wine cellar, and luxury assets — ensuring everything is maintained, replenished, and presented to the highest standard.
- Travel with the principal as required, maintaining the same level of excellence across locations and adapting swiftly to new environments.
