Your mission

and we are looking for a Functional Consultant (M/F) to join our team in Madrid.
Working closely with our client’s services and team members in Spain and France, you will work on PLM projects in the aerospace industry.
Your main mission will be to convert customer business needs into robust functional specifications that drive the effective implementation of our solution.
This position requires a security clearance and presence at the client site (Getafe).
Your role
- Participate in workshops with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify needs, and translate them into clear functional specifications through user stories
- Analyse As‑Is, highlight gaps or inefficiencies, and contribute to designing To‑Be processes.(gap analysis)
- Produce clear and structured functional documentation (specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Contribute to functional dependencies
