Responsibilities
- Front office management and reception, including visitor and employee sign‑in and access systems, mail management, and shipping/receiving.
- Orient employees and guests through site tours and wayfinding.
- Maintain office space to be well‑stocked, clean, and welcoming, including light cleaning of communal areas.
- Identify facility deficiencies, coordinate repairs, and track deficiency status.
- Conduct regular facility inspections, keep inspection records up‑to‑date, and coordinate with building services for repairs and maintenance.
- Serve as the local contact for planning and coordinating onsite design‑build projects, renovations, and office relocations.
- Plan, coordinate, communicate, and host internal and external events such as company meetings, monthly mixers, holiday parties, and team socials/on‑sites.
- Maintain workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (People, IT, OCEO) to align workplace policies and programs with business objectives.




- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems are operational.
- Oversee physical security: ensure secured systems are operational, manage site access badges, and liaise with IT/Security teams as needed.
- Participate in the Integral H&S; Committee and assist with H&S; investigations as needed.
- Assist with workplace technology systems, including AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and space operations software.
- Manage vendor relationships for F&B;, socials, and office supplies.
- Track and process workplace experience expenses through internal software programs.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of workplace experience programs and recommend improvements.
