OverviewCapitole Engineering keeps growing, and we want to do it with you ?We are looking for a Senior Fire Protection and Fire & Gas (F&G;) Engineer with solid experience in offshore projects to lead the development, design, and implementation of fire protection and gas detection systems for industrial facilities and buildings.Development of engineering documentation, including:Fire Protection Philosophy and F&G; PhilosophyPassive Fire Protection Philosophy and building sectorizationSpecifications for fire detection, alarm, and F&G; systems (plant & buildings)Fire Protection specifications and equipment listsF&G; system block diagrams and architectureI/O lists for F&G; systemsFire water line lists and demand calculationsHydraulic calculations for firefighting systemsDatasheets for fire protection, detection, alarm, and F&G; equipmentLayouts for F&G;, detection & alarm, and fire protection equipmentPreparation of requisitions and technical bid tabulations for fire protection and gas detection systems.Design, specification,



and requisition of fire protection systems for buildings.Technical coordination and follow-up with vendors, system integrators, and subcontractors.Review of vendor documentation.Construction support activities.Occasional site visits for supervision of installation, commissioning, and start-up.Master’s or University Degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire Protection and F&G; engineering.Proven experience in offshore projects.Advanced knowledge of fire protection, detection, alarm, and gas detection systems.Experience with hydraulic calculation software (PIPENET preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.English level B2 or higher.⭐ Nice to HaveExperience working in multidisciplinary EPC projects.Familiarity with international codes and standards (NFPA, API, ISO, etc.).✨ If you’d like to join a growing team and take part in high-impact industrial projects, we’d love to meet you?
