This role balances day-to-day operational oversight with strategic data governance, ensuring that all data entries comply with integral standards, legal tax requirements,



and internal audit protocols.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & OperationsWorkload Coordination: Distribute and supervise the daily tasks of the CDM team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for record creation and updates are met.Performance Management: Set clear KPIs for team members, provide regular coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews.
