What You'll Do

Partner with senior leadership to define and complete a forward-looking HSE strategy aligned to business objectives.

Champion a high-performance safety culture that prioritizes psychological safety, wellbeing and proactive risk management.

Act as a trusted advisor to executives and regional leaders on HSE risks, trends and opportunities.

Foster strong employee engagement through safety campaigns,



communications and recognition programs.

Drive leadership accountability and capability in safety through coaching, mentoring and performance frameworks.

Ensure full compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, standards and regulatory requirements across EMEA.

Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, policies and standards to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines.

Lead enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies, including critical risk management.

Coordinate internal and external audit programs, ensuring timely closure of actions and continuous improvement.

Drive maturity of HSE systems through data-led insights, benchmarking and adoption of general guidelines.

Analyze trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities, advising strategic decision-making.

Report performance to senior leadership and key collaborators, driving transparency and accountabilit
