The Business Systems Support & Implementation Analyst is responsible for owning first-line support for business systems while actively participating in system implementations and improvement initiatives. This role ensures operational stability across SAP Business One,



business process automations (BPA), dashboards, Google Workspace, and a macOS-based environment. In addition to support ownership, the role contributes to structured project execution, documentation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities

- Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issues
- Monitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escalate structural issues as needed
- Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Support macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including account provisioning and access management
- Administer device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, security) and manage endpoints via MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
- Ensure system updates, endpoint security compliance, and maintain IT asset inventory
- Assist with ED
