As our business grows and our partners needs evolve, you will innovate by creating efficient and low-touch processes while keeping required flexibility.# Responsibilities
* Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
* Standardize, optimize,



and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA and Celonis) teams to develop sustainable solutions.
* Implement changes and monitor their impact on business performance.
* Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools.# # Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* +5 years of experience in similar role, ideally in a pan European setup.
* Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
* Experience on Change Management on multi-function/country projects
* Experience on Process Mining tools (e.g.

Celonis) and on AI tools is a plus.
* SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to converse and write effectively in English.
