In this role you partner with SELAM leadership to align HR outcomes with business priorities across South America and South Europe. You will accelerate the talent agenda, shape organization design, and steward culture while leveraging data to improve general PX processes. As a trusted adviser and hands-on operator, you will influence leaders, drive transformation, and support people initiatives within the MOW scope.

• Act as trusted HR partner to SELAM leadership and managers in meetings, talent reviews, and workforce planning
• Advise on organizational design, span of control, and structural changes as the business evolves
• Own end-to-end recruitment for SELAM roles, manage candidate experience, and maintain pipeline health per MOW processes
• Lead the annual talent review cycle for SELAM, ensuring calibration and succession planning for critical roles
• Collaborate with managers on career development and internal mobility; coordinate cross-region talent initiatives
• Coordinate learning and development with the resourcing team to identify skill gaps and coordinate upskilling programs
• Coach managers on performance conversations, team dynamics, and change management; handle ER matters
• Stay current on local employment law and keep policies updated
• Use workforce data to identify risks, generate ad hoc reports, and drive action; lead local engagement survey and follow-up
• Lead local rollout of MOW-wide people initiatives and support organizational change
• Manage resignation/termination processes and exit interviews to ensure compliant exits
Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or generalist roles
• Multi-market exposure across South xqbhyrx America (Mexico, Brasil, Argentina) u0026 South Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece)
