The People & Culture (P&C;) Shared Service Centre (SSC) ensures the controlled, accurate, and timely execution of Tier 1 People Operations activities. Our team plays a key role in maintaining employee master data, managing lifecycle transactions, and ensuring region-specific compliance.

Working within a modern hub-and-region delivery model, we collaborate closely with Regional Specialists, Operations Managers, and our Manila hub. This allows local capacity to focus on key activities that genuinely require local knowledge, stakeholder proximity, and direct in-person support for our manufacturing operations.

Core Purpose of the Role
As a P&C; Operations Professional,



you will be based at our Daimiel Factory to provide HR operations support to the plant. You will serve as the local execution lead and interface for Tier 1 People Operations, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (with a primary focus on onboarding master data and local license administration) while maintaining data quality, compliance, and smooth routing of high-volume tasks with our integral SSC network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Factory HR Operations Support: Act as the main local contact for P&C; operational queries, supporting managers and employees within the Daimiel plant.
- Onboarding & Master Data Management: Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, ensuring correct master data entry, document validation, and smooth data handover to payroll and downstream systems.
- Compliance & Local Licenses: Apply documented local labor and compliance guidelines, maintaining basic knowledge and oversight of necessary work licenses,
