Amazon Shipping offers Amazon’s logistics capabilities as a product and service. Its first customers are sellers in the UK, using our delivery network to ship their domestic volume. We are looking for an experienced leader to join the First Mile team. The role requires a self‑starter comfortable supporting large, complex cross‑functional programs, with strong program management, analytical skills, and effective communication.
This is a great opportunity to join an entrepreneurial business growing rapidly. You will be part of the core team managing Amazon Shipping operations across all supply‑chain legs (first mile, middle mile, last mile). You will lead the development of operational products to deliver a world‑class customer experience and design & implement new operating solutions to hit strategic targets (service, growth, cost).
Key responsibilities

- Lead operational programs for Amazon Shipping, partnering with AMZL/ATS operations and business teams
- Monitor weekly First‑mile qualitative and cost KPIs for reporting in SWA and AMZL WBR
- Partner with AMZL/ATS/Commercial and Customer Support teams to improve processes and enhance performance
- Own ops readiness documents to define problem statements and conduct impact assessments
- Own launch, implementation, and scale‑up before handing over to operations as BAU
