KPIs monitoring. Compliance with all legal documentation (AML,KYC).Planning: Responsible for the detailed planning of the projects. Project planning monitoring.Automation: Keep track of all automation initiatives in the Firm. Enforce their application.People Management: Responsible for leadership and professional development of your team. Develop and retain individuals identified as talent. Prepare performance reviews. Act as technical reference for your team.
