Jet Aviation invites you to join our Human Resources team as a Total Rewards Partner and play a key role in shaping how we attract, reward, and support our people across EMEA and APAC.
Your role

- Act as the Total Rewards Partner: Serve as the trusted subject matter expert for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, EVP, and mobility programs across EMEA and APAC. You will ensure our total rewards offerings remain competitive, compliant,
and aligned with both business priorities and employee needs across a diverse regional footprint.
- Drive Local Relevance Within a General Framework: Partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to localize total rewards policies and programs in line with country‑specific legislation, statutory requirements, and market practices throughout EMEA and APAC. You will help ensure that our global philosophy is translated effectively into meaningful local solutions.
- Support Strategic Compensation and Benefits Decisions: Work hand in hand with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide guidance on salary offers, pay decisions, market pricing, and employee‑related escalations. Through market analysis and benchmarking, you will help maintain fair and competitive reward practices that support talent attraction and retention across the region.
