Energy Storage Market Analyst reports to the General Head of Energy Storage and belongs to the Energy Storage department. This department oversees all aspects related to standalone and hybrid energy storage assets.

Within the Energy Storage team, the Energy Storage Market Analyst is accountable for studying energy markets globally, preparing internal reports, executive briefings and monitoring the global energy regulatory environment.



The Energy Market Analyst also maintains market consultant relationships, evaluates the assumptions they made, develops revenue modelling capabilities for our assets and assess the performance of the asset hedging portfolio.

What will you help with

- Develop and maintain revenue models for standalone energy storage and hybrid assets.
- Analyze global energy markets, including contract structures, price dynamics, revenues streams and settlement mechanisms.
- Monitor global regulatory and technological environment.
- Maintain relationships with market consultants and evaluate their assumptions.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and risk assessments to support investment decisions and evaluate impact on existing portfolio.
- Develop energy trading and market participation strategies for standalone and hybrid energy storage assets
