About the rolePosition Overview
As part of our International Sales Team, you will be responsible for accelerating Youtrust's growth across the Italian SMB / Mid Market.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business leveraging a combination of Marketing-generated leads,



dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDRs), partner channels, and your own outbound prospecting efforts.
While you'll benefit from the support of a dedicated BDR team, we expect every Account Executive to have a strong hunter mindset and actively generate their own opportunities. Success in this role comes from building a healthy pipeline, creating demand, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
This is a full-cycle sales role focused on B2B customers, both direct and through partners.
Your Responsibilities:
As an International Account Executive (Italian market), your goal is to develop and convert leads into long-term clients, ensuring their continued success with Youtrust.
