Responsibilities

- Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy
- 360° management of your shop
- Plan,
implement and monitor the measures necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives
- Ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability
- Manage the warehouse by maintaining the correct stock level in compliance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies
- Possess good product and fashion knowledge, know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards
- Supervise the reception of customers, ensuring that it is in line with POP MART guidelines
- Coordination of commercial and organizational activities particularly on your Store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns)
- Train New Joiners and accompany them on their path of growth and development in collaboration
- Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team
