In this Sr. Manager, EMEA Physician Partnerships role, you will spearhead professional relationships with electrophysiologists and medical bodies across EMEA, ensuring high-quality engagement and insightful collaboration. You’ll coordinate advisory boards, Voice of Customer activities, and strategic inputs to guide leadership and business strategy. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, regulatory, and Ru0026amp;D teams to execute partner programs, track outcomes, and maintain robust engagement data. This is a remote role with travel up to 50% and offers a path to elevate Ju0026amp;J’s leadership in electrophysiology.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with EPs, medical associations and key influencers
• Define and implement engagement activities (advisory boards, voice of customer events) to gather insights
• Provide strategic input on trends,



clinical and market needs to support long-term success
• Collaborate with internal partners (marketing, clinical affairs, medical affairs, regulatory, Ru0026D, compliance) to drive partnership activities
• Co-develop action plans with local/regional leadership and prepare for leadership interactions
• Track physician-related projects and ensure timely execution of action points
• Synthesize KOL/customer insights to inform business strategy and identify new opportunities
• Partner with GSM, USCM, Communications Ed u0026 FSO to lead physician selection and external evaluation activities
• Support Voice of the Customer events with Ru0026D and other internal teams
• Maintain and update physician engagement tracking software (e.g., PED, ) and ensure data quality
• Assist in EP conference planning with stakeholders to ensure strong presence and engagement
• Ensure compliance with Johnson u0026 Johnson guidelines and regulatory requ
