Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze institutional, political, and regulatory developments at international, national, and regional levels.
- Draft internal reports and strategic notes on public affairs and policies related to the aerospace sector; gather, analyze, and interpret information from governmental sources, international organizations, and specialized media; provide guidance and recommendations to senior management.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage public funding opportunities (subsidies, grants, etc.) at national and European levels; analyze suitability and impact; prepare documentation and coordinate project proposals.
- Coordinate projects funded with public resources with internal departments; ensure deadlines, legal requirements,



and technical objectives; liaise with funding institutions.
- Map and manage relationships with institutional stakeholders, including public administrations, European bodies, and industry associations.
- Support the definition and implementation of the company’s institutional positioning strategy; prepare messages, materials, and organize events or meetings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate in the development of internal governance and compliance mechanisms related to institutional engagement.
- Ensure alignment of institutional activities with corporate priorities and strategic initiatives; coordinate interdepartmental efforts and monitor progress.
- Report to Government Affairs Excellence Associate Director.

Profile
- Education: Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in political science, International Relations, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Experience: at least
