Role Overview
As Site Leader, you will take full responsibility for on-site proton therapy technology and operations, ensuring technical service excellence, patient safety, and strong customer relationships. You will act as both a technical expert and a strategic partner, driving performance, developing your team, and going the extra mile to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service, solving issues proactively,
improving processes, and maintaining safe and efficient operations that meet IBA’s standards.

- Enforce IBA standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements

Customer & Stakeholder Management
