The Retail team is hiring a Private Clients Manager.
The role As part of our Private Client Services team, the Private Clients Advisor plays a key role in shaping high‑value client relationships and delivering a truly personalised luxury journey.
You will own and develop a dedicated portfolio of high‑value clients (VIC), driving qualified visits and sales through proactive engagement and relationship‑based clienteling.
You will act as both a commercial driver and experience curator,
combining sales mindset with an elevated hospitality approach to deliver truly memorable and bespoke experiences.
Location This role is based on‑site in Las Rozas Village
What you'll be doing A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Client Portfolio Performance— Take full ownership of a high‑value client (VIC) portfolio, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, structured clienteling activity, and the acquisition of new high‑potential profiles to generate qualified visits and repeat behaviours
- Private Client Experience— Personally host clients throughout their journey, delivering bespoke experiences such as private appointments, fashion workshops, and exclusive activations through storytelling, styling expertise, and tailored recommendations
- Concierge & Benefits Activation— Leverage concierge services, events, and client benefits to enhance engagement, build long‑term loyalty, and maximise client lifetime value
- CRM & Data Management— Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date cli
