As Global Licensing Manager, you drive international expansion of Fever’s live-event IPs by identifying markets, forging partner conversations, and structuring licensing deals. You will own the end-to-end commercial development for assigned regions, acting as the face of Licensing in-market and feeding insights to shape growth strategy. You will work cross-functionally to launch licenses successfully and nurture long-term partnerships. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment focused on general IP growth in live entertainment.

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for assigned international regions, identifying high-potential markets, partners, and commercial opportunities.
• Source, approach, and build relationships with promoters, producers, agencies, venue operators, and other relevant partners.




• Lead outbound commercial conversations and manage the full deal pipeline from outreach to contract execution.
• Create tailored commercial proposals and licensing structures for different IPs, territories, and partner profiles.
• Assess commercial viability via revenue, cost, and profitability analysis in collaboration with Finance.
• Negotiate commercial terms balancing growth, profitability, brand protection, and partner value.
• Manage a portfolio of prospective and active partners, expanding successful collaborations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Production to ensure smooth deal execution and launches.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform licensing strategy and identify whitespace opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline reporting and present progress, forecasts, and decisions to leadership.
