This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Operations, and Strategy. You will challenge assumptions, drive pricing governance, and build scalable commercial controlling structures that support rapid growth without sacrificing profitability. We are looking for a commercial & pricing controller who can push the sales organization with facts, create accountability through data transparency, and help Stark move from reactive pricing decisions toward automated, intelligence‑driven commercial steering.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain transparent commercial reporting across products, markets, channels, and customers.
