As Head of Service Technology Integration, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Group-wide strategy for service orchestration, operational automation and service technology integration across all Cellnex countries.
You will ensure alignment, governance and industrialization of operational technology initiatives, maximizing reuse, synergies and scalability across countries. Acting as the central coordination point for automation and orchestration programs, you will drive the adoption of common architectures, operational standards and shared capabilities that improve operational efficiency, service quality and digital transformation outcomes across the Group.
What You’ll Do

Define and maintain the Group strategy for Service Technology Integration, orchestration and operational automation.
Establish and govern the Service Technology Integration roadmap across all countries.
Define common governance frameworks, standards and KPIs for orchestration and automation initiatives.
Ensure alignment of country initiatives with Group technology,



operational and digital transformation strategies.
Act as the Group authority for OSS/BSS integration, service orchestration and operational automation governance.

Cross-Country Leadership

Coordinate and oversee automation and orchestration initiatives across all Cellnex countries.
Identify, prioritize and promote reuse opportunities between countries.
Facilitate cross-country collaboration and knowledge sharing on operational technology capabilities.
Drive the adoption of successful solutions across multiple markets.
Ensure consistency of operational technology architectures and integration models throughout the Group.
Maintain a consolidated portfolio of operational automation and orchestration initiatives.
Assess business cases, benefits and scalability potential of country-led initiatives.
Prioritize investments and resources based on business value and Group strategy.
