Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operational Coordination

- Lead and manage a network of Buyers across EU sites.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day procurement activities, ensuring timely purchase order execution and material availability.
- Act as the main escalation point for operational issues such as supply shortages, delays,



and production risks.
- Ensure alignment and consistency across sites in procurement execution and supplier communication.
- Drive performance through KPIs including service level, supply continuity, inventory health, and responsiveness.
- Provide coaching, development, and guidance to enhance team effectiveness and collaboration.
- Foster coordination between Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain teams at site level.

Procurement Execution & Supply Assurance
